Meet Lindsay Hecock, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidate (PCLC)
There’s a good chance you’re here because you’re carrying something heavy.
The longing for a child, the heartbreak of loss, the weight of parenting, or the strain of a difficult relationship can leave you carrying more than anyone realizes. Somewhere along the way, you may have found yourself questioning not only what comes next, but where God is in the middle of it all.
More Than Professional Experience
Hi, I am Lindsay Hecock, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidate (PCLC).
More importantly, I'm someone who understands what it's like to look like everything is fine on the outside while carrying immense pain, uncertainty, and self-doubt beneath the surface.
My journey to becoming a therapist wasn't shaped solely by textbooks or graduate school.
It was shaped by real life.
I've experienced the grief and isolation of infertility and miscarriage. I've navigated parenting seasons that left me questioning whether I was doing enough...or if I was somehow getting it all wrong. I've wrestled with feeling like my brain works differently than everyone else's, struggling to keep up with the demands of everyday life while wondering why things that seemed easy for others felt so hard for me.
Those experiences didn't just shape me personally. They deepened my compassion for women who are carrying burdens they were never meant to carry alone.

I believe you deserve care that understands both the clinical side of healing, your deeply personal story and the faith that brought you here.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
My approach to therapy is both practical and compassionate. I want you to leave sessions feeling understood, but also equipped with tools, insight, and greater confidence in your ability to navigate whatever you're facing.
As a Christian therapist, I believe faith can be an important part of the healing process. But therapy is not a place where you'll be given simplistic answers to complex pain.
It's a place where you can bring your questions, doubts, struggles, and hopes without fear of judgment.
Together, we'll create space for honest conversations, meaningful growth, and the kind of healing that helps you reconnect with yourself, your relationships, and your faith.

Healing Doesn't Happen Alone
I believe flourishing isn't the absence of hardship. It's learning how to remain grounded, connected, and hopeful in the middle of it.
You don't need more pressure to be stronger, more grateful, or have more faith.
Sometimes the most transformative step is allowing someone to walk alongside you with compassion, perspective, and practical support as you navigate what's next.
