About Therapy
To flourish means to grow or develop in a healthy, energetic way—especially when nurtured in a supportive environment. That’s exactly what I strive to create in therapy: a space where you can safely grow—emotionally, spiritually, and mentally—even in the midst of hard or messy seasons.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process that helps you move beneath the surface and get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck. We won’t just focus on managing symptoms—we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and emotional wounds that have shaped how you show up in the world today. Together, we’ll uncover what’s behind the anxiety, burnout, shame, or disconnection so real and lasting change can begin.
